Usually about a week from when you pay. Simple designs can be faster, complicated ones might take a few days longer — I'll text you with an estimate when your order comes in.

Yep — free local delivery in Utah. If you're farther away, message me and we can figure out shipping.

Two ways, and you can do both at the same time:

1. Describe it in words when you order — like "my dog's name in cursive with little paw prints"
2. Upload a reference photo — a sketch, screenshot, or example you found online

If your idea is vague, that's totally fine. I'll come up with a few options and send them over.

Always. Once I have your idea, I'll text or email you a digital mockup. Nothing gets printed until you say go.

I'll work with you to make it right. If something's wrong with the print or the item, I'll redo it. If you just changed your mind after approving the mockup, that's a little harder — but reach out and we'll figure something out.

Sometimes! Depends on the material and the design. Text me a photo of what you've got and I'll let you know.

Yes! Bulk orders are some of my favorites. Message me first with how many you want and what you're thinking — I can usually give a discount for bigger orders.

Three ways: Venmo, Greenlight (which lets you use a card, Venmo, or Google Pay even without a Greenlight account), or cash on delivery. You'll pick at checkout.
